1. General Services & Limitations

Bullseye Home Services (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides handyman services on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. While we perform all services with reasonable skill and care in accordance with industry standards, we do not guarantee specific results, outcomes, or timelines unless explicitly stated in a written agreement. All services are limited to non-structural repairs, maintenance, and improvements, unless otherwise noted.

2. Scope of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Nebraska law, we are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages;

• Loss of use, property value, income, or business operations;

• Issues arising from pre-existing conditions, concealed defects, or conditions that could not reasonably be identified before starting work.

3. Insurance & Licensing

Clients are responsible for verifying that we hold applicable Nebraska licensing or registration if required under the Nebraska Contractor Registration Act. While we carry standard liability coverage, registration or insurance does not guarantee specific performance or results.

4. Third-Party Services

We may refer clients to licensed specialists for work outside our scope (e.g., major electrical, plumbing, HVAC, structural projects, or permitting). Referrals are made as a courtesy. We are not responsible for the work or outcomes of third-party professionals.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

• Provide accurate information regarding the work site and conditions;

• Secure valuables and fragile items prior to service;

• Comply with local codes, permit requirements, and manufacturer instructions;

• Review and approve written estimates and scope of work prior to service.

6. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bullseye Home Services, its owners, employees, agents, and subcontractors from all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses, including attorney fees, resulting from client negligence, failure to disclose relevant conditions, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.

7. Severability & Governing Law

If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the State of Nebraska.
